Our Corporate Story
The foundations of Kuşcular Metalurji Makine Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. are rooted in a long-established manufacturing culture that began with machine pattern making in the foundry industry in the 1980s.
The team began with pattern design and pattern production. In response to growing customer demand, casting production was incorporated into its operations, enabling the company to provide integrated solutions from the pattern through to the finished product.
One of the company's partners is a senior metallurgical engineer, while the other is a machine pattern maker with many years of experience. By combining technical expertise with practical know-how, the team has successfully delivered high-quality projects across a wide range of industries.
Over nearly fifty years, high-volume production has been completed for automotive applications, pump systems, natural-gas connection equipment, insulators, fittings, industrial spare parts and many other sectors. A strong customer portfolio has been built through a commitment to quality, reliability and on-time delivery.
Since commencing operations under the name Kuşcular Metalurji Makine Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. in July 2025, the company has continued to serve its customers with the same production facility, the same technical team and decades of accumulated expertise.
Today, Kuşcular Metalurji continues to operate as a trusted solution partner, bringing engineering, pattern design, casting production and project management together under one roof.

Post-casting operations
Additional surface treatments and special processes are performed in accordance with quality standards through trusted solution partners with whom we have worked for many years.
Cast components are machined to the dimensions and tolerances in the technical drawing.
Casting gates are removed in a controlled manner without damaging the component.
Surfaces are cleaned of residues and prepared for subsequent operations.
Burrs and surface imperfections are removed for a clean component finish.
Products are protected and packed in line with shipment requirements.
